These Terms of Service govern your use of the Vossa Intelligence website and any services provided by Vossa Intelligence based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

By accessing this website or engaging with our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services
   Vossa Intelligence provides monthly performance reporting and peer benchmarking for independent insurance agencies. All reports are produced using data submitted by the client and are delivered digitally.

2. Subscriptions and Payment
   Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis. Payment is processed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Clients may cancel at any time with written notice to nathan@vossaintel.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

3. Client Responsibilities
   Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete data exports from their agency management system each month. Vossa Intelligence is not responsible for errors in reports caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrectly formatted data supplied by the client.

4. Intellectual Property
   All reports, frameworks, templates, and methodologies produced by Vossa Intelligence remain the intellectual property of Vossa Intelligence. Reports are provided for the client's internal business use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or published without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability
   To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vossa Intelligence's total liability in connection with any services provided shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim. Vossa Intelligence is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.

6. Governing Law
   These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.

7. Changes to These Terms
   Vossa Intelligence reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Agency Data

As part of our reporting service, we receive agency performance data from clients in the form of AMS exports. This data is used solely to produce that client's monthly intelligence report. It is not shared with any third party, not used for any other purpose, and is handled under a signed confidentiality agreement prior to onboarding. Raw data files are not retained beyond the current month's reporting cycle.

Benchmark Data

Aggregated and fully anonymised performance metrics from client reports may be used to calculate peer cohort benchmarks. No individual agency is identifiable in any benchmark output.

We may use cookies or similar technologies to improve website performance and understand how visitors interact with our site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.
